Step 2: Set Up Your Account

We will create a profile for you using the same email as you have been using for all communication with us.
This will allow us to send your invitation to connect to FoodWorks. When you open the app, you’ll see a pop-up asking you to connect. You can stay connected as long as you want, or disconnect anytime.
If you want to use a different email for your Easy Diet Diary, let us know the email so we can send the invitation to that account within the Easy Diet Diary

Step 4: Logging Your Food
You don’t have to log everything all the time. We’ll talk with you about how you feel about tracking your food.
If we ask you to record your meals, it will be for a good reason and only for a short time.

You can keep your profile simple. Leaving some parts blank lets us:
